Hello, welcome to 'TheRelaxingStay'. We have three Majestic condos to choose from. I am 4 Year Super Host offering you a spacious condo with beautiful Gulf views from your private balcony. With large bedrooms and living room and a well stocked kitchen this condo provides the comforts for extended family stays. This condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest visit and all towels and linens are cleaned off site in commercial washers. The condo is also equipped with a washer and dryer for your personal use.

Master bedroom has a new King bed and high quality bedding. Guest bedroom has a new Queen bed and high quality bedding. Living room is large and has a new Queen pull out sofa bed. Sleeps 6 people very comfortably. Free Wifi and cable TV in each bedroom and living room.

The Majestic Tower is a 4 Star Resort with all the expected amenities including a semi-private beach with over 650 feet of Gulf frontage. This beach area is less crowded than other public spaces.

Majestic Tower's luxurious amenities ensure a truly unique and enjoyable beachside experience. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee at the on-site Starbucks, cool off in the Large Outdoor Waterfall Pool or grab lunch poolside at the Bar and Grill. Little ones will love splashing around in the Mushroom Waterfall Baby Pool while Mom and Dad relax in one of the three hot tubs. Movie night can become family time with Majestic Tower's large indoor movie theater playing free films on Tuesday and Thursday nights, or if sports are your thing, guests can jump on one of the Tennis Courts or challenge each other to a game of Beach Volleyball. After which, you can finally put feet up and kick back on one of their complimentary lounging chairs with and watch the sunset into the Gulf! With two free parking spaces available in their covered garage, it truly does not get better than this and Majestic Tower is just a stones throw away from Pineapple Willy's and other dining options - making it easy to get spoiled right beyond your doorstep.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
